Code of Conduct for the Principal
- The Principal will formally establish policy and strategy to carry out the college's vision and mission.
- The Principal shall maintain fairness in all of his correctional procedures for teachers,non-teaching staff, and students.

- The Principal must make sure that all of his staff members and students continue to be aware of the rules, regulations, and processes established by the college.

Code of Conduct for Teachers
- The Acts, Statutes, Ordinances, and Service Regulations of Nalanda University serve as the primary guidelines for the law of Conduct for the tutoring faculty.
- When it comes to upholding the code of professional ethics, the institution entrusts its teaching faculty with the upmost care and responsibility.
- As a part of the academic staff and the college, they aren't anticipated to act in a way that might intrude with their responsibilities or disturb teaching, learning, examinations, or exploration. They're also not expected to destroy or deface any college property or use any of the same in a way that's contrary to the rules and regulations issued by the University or the college authority.
- According to the college's vision and ideal, all faculty members are needed to carry out their assigned responsibilities within the confines of institutional regulations and procedures.
- Teachers must fulfil their obligations to behave themselves in line with the ideals and ethics of their profession.
- They should uphold an honest conduct and manner that's ideal for the greater community.
Code of Conduct for Non-Teaching Staffs
- Every non-teaching employee should arrive at the college on or before 10.30 A.M.
- All Non-teaching staff shall perform their tasks in accordance with the directions given by the concerned authority.
- Before taking any leave, they must notify the Principal in advance.
- No Non-teaching staff would not be permitted to leave the college premises before 5 P.M., except permitted by the Principal.
- The Non-Teaching staff in-charge of Geography Lab should keep it tidy, maintain the equipment correctly, and assist the teacher during practical sessions.
- During working hours, all non-teaching staff shall abstain from using social media and networking sites like Facebook, Whatsapp, etc.
- The NTS is expected to maintain self-control, restraint, and interact positively with other members of staff, students, and the general public.
- In all activities, non-teaching employees must uphold honesty, integrity, and fairness.
Code of Conduct for Students
- All students are anticipated to act with proper form and quality always and in all circumstances.
- The college's library and all collaborative spaces are always being watched by closed- circuit TV( CCTV).
- Students must work together to guard and maintain all college equipment and property. They're anticipated to maintain the cleanliness of the classrooms, playground, and their common rooms.
- The principal or any other staff member may be informed of any kind of difficulty faced by any student at any given time.
- Only with the Principal's approval, students may take part in games and events that are not organised by the institution.
- Every working day during business hours, the administrative office is accessible to students. For regular information, however, it's encouraged that the students should consult the college's notice boards or website.
- Students aren't allowed to participate in any political conditioning within the college premises.
